Phoenix Group of Companies began in 2011, when Kelvin Loh founded his own civil and contruction company at Port Moresby. The company has grown steadily over the years, from a small, general contracting enterprise to become one of Port Moresby’s largest civil and construction management companies.

Our plants are installed with the most advanced equipment and facilities; our professionals are recruited to ensure the management of facilities and production is of the standards.

Vehicles and machineries play big role in the companies’ daily operations. Hence, Phoenix Group of Companies have invested more than PGK 33 Million into all the essential vehicle & machineries. There are approximately 145 machines currently
operating on the companies projects. This investment is to ensure all the projects being done perfectly and on-time.

Some of the special mentioned machineries which the group is currently owning are Asphalt Melter, Dynapac Vibratory Roller, Komatsu Motor Grader, Hydraullic Excavator, Vogele Asphalt Paver, Wheel Loader, Metong Bitumen Truck, Cement Spreader & Etc.
